REVIVE : Thrive don’t just survive.

Lifestyle medicine is the application of medical, behavioural, motivational and environmental principles to the management of lifestyle-related health problems, in a clinical setting. It is an evidence-based medical practice.

Genes are not your destiny. Lifestyle can alter the behaviour of your genes through epigenetics. This means we can increase the number of good genes being copied and reduce or “turn off” the use of harmful genes. This journal can help you clarify where you are focusing your attention and help get balance to optimise your body and mind for longevity and wellness. Just because a particular disease runs in your family, does not mean it is inevitable that you will develop the same. Write your own health journey. Ensure you are not doing the same thing week in week out and not getting the results you’re after.
